After gathering all necessary details from you and completing the property photography, we aim to have your listing live and ready for bookings within 2-3 working days.

Absolutely. Retreats Victoria has its own house rules that applies to properties we manage, which includes no parties, no smoking and no pets, but tailor our house manuals and rules to individual properties and additional information owners would like included.
Yes, we conduct inspections on the day guests leave to check for any damages or issues. Should there be any damage, we'll communicate with the guests to cover repair or replacement costs. It's important for owners to have their own insurance for short-term rentals to cover any unrecoupable costs.
Absolutely. Guests can contact us on the number provided on their booking confirmation prior to, or during, their stay. We will always do our best to assist them in a timely manner and make their stay with us as enjoyable as possible.
